EGF Catering Guidelines

At EGF, we want catering to feel easy, seamless, and welcoming for every host and guest. These guidelines are designed to keep food service simple while helping us care for our shared space.

Approved Caterers

EGF-approved vendors provide boxed, individual meals. This simple approach promotes hygiene and helps us care for our shared space, so it is always clean, welcoming, and ready for the next organization.

Delivery Instructions

Please share the following delivery instructions with your caterer or delivery driver:

61 Gramercy Park North, 3rd or 4th Floor,  New York, NY, 10010.

Delivery drivers may buzz the EGF buzzer downstairs and should bring the order up to the floor of your reservation (3rd or 4th). Organizations are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery and should provide their contact information for drop-off.

Leave No Trace Policy

EGF upholds a “Leave No Trace” policy. Each organization is responsible for ensuring that all food waste, work materials, papers, and bottles are either removed or properly disposed of before departure, helping us maintain a clean and welcoming space for all.

Catering Costs

Organizations are responsible for arranging and covering all catering and meal expenses.

Host Responsibilities

Organizations are responsible for coordinating any items needed for serving and dining. This includes utensils, napkins, cups, and any other necessary serve ware. In most cases, individually packaged meals include plates or containers, but hosts should confirm with their caterer that all needed items are included with the order. For items like bagels or other shared breakfast setups, organizations should plan separately for any serving supplies.
