EGF Reservation Request Form

We’re happy to support your reservation needs and look forward to learning more about your request.


Our operating hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9:30 AM–4:30 PM.


Once submitted, our team will carefully review your request. While submission does not guarantee approval, you can expect a response within 2–3 business days with next steps.

EGF Policies:

  1. Cancellation Policy: Please cancel at least one week in advance to allow others to utilize space. Email Alexandra Hamilton at alexandra@egfny.org

  2. Host and Guest Policy: Organization host must be present prior to guest arrival and through the duration of the reservation. Guests are permitted to access the building only during the duration of the reservation.

  3. Leave No Trace: EGF upholds a "Leave No Trace" policy. Each organization is responsible for ensuring that all food waste, work materials, papers, and bottles are either removed or properly disposed of before departure, helping us maintain a clean and welcome space for all.

Approved Catering: EGF-approved vendors provide boxed, individual meals. This simple approach promotes hygiene and helps us care for our shared space so it's always clean, welcoming and ready for the next organization.
