Once submitted, our team will carefully review your request. While submission does not guarantee approval, you can expect a response within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Important: If your reservation request is for a date that is in less than 3 business days, please complete the reservation form AND email both alexandra@egfny.org and nana@egfny.org.

EGF Policies:
Cancellation Policy: Please cancel at least one week in advance to allow others to utilize space. Contact Alexandra Hamilton, Community Experience Manager alexandra@egfny.org, 917-565-1743.
Organization's On-Site Lead and Guest Policy: The organization's on-site lead must be present prior to guest arrival and through the duration of the reservation. After the reservation ends, the organization's on-site lead and guests are welcome to access our common spaces within our hours of operation.
Leave No Trace Policy: EGF upholds a "Leave No Trace" policy. Each organization is responsible for ensuring that all food/beverage waste and their containers and work materials are either removed or properly disposed of before departure, helping us maintain a clean and welcome space for all.

Arrival Instructions:
We are located inside a church building. Press the buzzer labeled "EGF 3rd Floor". A EGF team member will buzz you in. Enter and take the elevator that is on the right to the 3rd or 4th Floor.

Guests are welcome to bring and store their individual food and/or beverages in refrigerators during their visit.
We do not have the facilities to accommodate storing, refrigerating, warming, serving or cleaning trays of food.
Approved Catering:
EGF-approved vendors provide boxed, individual meals. This simple approach promotes hygiene and helps us care for our shared space so it's always clean, welcoming and ready for the next organization. Organizations are responsible for arranging and covering all catering and meal expenses. When coordinating your order please specify that you need the order to be packed in individual boxes (with the exception of Ess-a-bagel and pizza from Bravo Pizza).
